Here at The Lopes Arms, we are extremely pleased to be welcoming customers back into our venue.
To ensure our staff, customers, and any visitors feel safe, we have taken on board government advice and procedures to ensure we offer a pleasurable, relaxed experience throughout these unprecedented times.
1. What are the procedures when I arrive?
Upon arrival, customers are permitted to sanitise their hands, and will be met by a member of our team and shown to a table to drink or dine. From here, our team will serve you at your table for food and drink orders.
Our seating area is arranged in a spacious manner, and we have a one-way system within the pub and restaurant ensuring customers can keep a safe social distance throughout your visit.
We also strongly encourage the use of sanitiser throughout your visit.
Our procedures are in place to offer an enjoyable experience with the wellbeing of our staff and customers being our top priority.
2. Will you have a Track and Trace record in place?
As per government guidelines, we have a Track & Trace record in place. A member of our team will kindly ask for your details upon your visit to us.
3. Will you allow dogs, prams, or buggies on the premises?
Unfortunately, as this current time, to uphold safe social distancing, we are not permitting prams, buggies, or dogs within the inside seating areas of the pub, although dogs on leads are very welcome in the beer garden area. Small infants may also be transported in carriers, and hand sanitised high chairs are available.
We are happy to be recognised by “VisitEngland™” by having obtained the “We’re Good To Go™” accreditation, highlighting our compliance to the measures expected for the safe opening of pubs, bars, and restaurants, along with the “COVID Safe” recognition from the quality control assessors “Cask Marque”.
